These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of howtoguides.online (the "Site"). The Site is operated from Belgium by BeeRanked ("we", "us"). Full legal entity details are available on request at contact@beeranked.online.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. There is no account, nothing to buy, and no service being supplied to you.

1. What this Site is

A collection of pages, each one answering a single question, written by hand and free to read.

2. Accuracy, and what these guides are not

Every answer here is written carefully and in good faith. None of it is professional advice.

Two cautions in particular, because of what we write about.

Games change. A patch can change mechanics, prices, drop rates and builds overnight. A guide describes the game as it was when the guide was written. It may already be wrong.

Cooking carries risk. Recipes and techniques here assume ordinary care in a domestic kitchen. Food safety, allergens, heat and sharp tools remain your responsibility. If you have an allergy or a medical condition, ask someone qualified rather than asking us.

Act on anything here at your own discretion.

3. Other people's rules still apply

A guide about a game describes how the game works. It is not permission to break the rules of that game. Automation, exploits, account sharing and real-money trading are matters between you and the publisher. We do not endorse them, and following a guide here is not a defence.

4. Trademarks and affiliation

Game names, logos, artwork and content belong to their owners. Black Desert Online is a trademark of Pearl Abyss. World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment. Other names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

This Site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any publisher, developer or company named on it.

5. Our content

The words and images here are ours unless credited otherwise.

You are welcome to read them, link to them, and quote a short passage with attribution and a link back. You may not republish pages in full, or scrape the Site in bulk, whether to build a competing collection or to train a model, without our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

We link out where it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain.

7. Availability

We make no promise that the Site will be available at any particular moment, and we may change, move or remove any page at any time.

8. Liability

The Site is provided as it is, without warranty that it is complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement, and nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the Site after that means accepting the revised version.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Belgium. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings under the law of your country of residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
